How do humans consume fish oil? Is it in the same way as animals, in that yellow oval capsule?
Posted under Fish Oil Benefits
I give fish oil to my dogs and used to give them to my bird when he was sick. It’s the yellow capsule type. Can that be consumed by humans too? If so, how? By chewing or by drinking it with water? And would it be okay to consume a Fish Oil capsule from a pack of "Fish oil for birds" or "Fish oil for dogs"? (They’re all in the same shape and colour anyway)
Thanks!
Go to your drugstore. Look in the vitamin section. Pick out fish oil capsules from there. PLEASE don’t take medications intended for animals.

Not sure but I just buy mine at WalMart by the vitamins. I don’t want to take one marked for a bird. They aren’t expensive.

You have to put the pill in a spoon, then hold a lighter to the bottom of the spoon till the pill heats and becomes liquid, .. then take a needle and suck it up from the spoon… then take a piece of rubber rope and tie it around your bicep…. hold your arm down and being to pump your fist open and close like rapidly until your veins pop out around your inner elbow area.. then find the nicest fattest vein… stick the needles in.. slowly inject the fish oil…. and then release the rubber on your bicep… lay back… and let the healthiness begin girl….
Thats how i take my fish oil as a human…
